 ALBERT L. KELLEY, P.A. is located in Key West, Florida and concentrates primarily in the areas of business, corporations, contracts, copyright, trademark, and entertainment law.  
 ALBERT L. KELLEY, P.A. started in Summer 1995 at 926 Truman Ave., Key West, Florida, where it is still located today.  The founder, Al Kelley, graduated cum laude from Florida State University College of Law in 1989, and has been practicing law in Key West ever since. One of his early clients included CPS, as he negotiated two of their earlier leases and served as an advisor to the Board.  He served for years as an adjunct professor for St. Leo University in their Business Administration program, teaching numerous courses in business, employment and administrative law.  From 1999 through 2004, Al wrote a weekly business law column for the Key West Citizen and The City paper. He is also a featured panelist with Florida State University College of Law’s Annual Entertainment Art and Sports Law Symposium.   He has served on numerous Boards, including serving as Chairman of the Monroe County Career Service Council, and President of the Key West Jaycees, and the Florida Keys Children’s Club.  Al is a member of the Florida Bar’s Business Law division and Entertainment and Sports Law division.
  In 2002, Albert planned, developed and produced an award -winning video biography of Capt. Tony Tarracino, internationally known saloon owner, gambler, charter boat captain, gun runner and Mayor of Key West (Tarracino was the subject of Jimmy Buffett’s song “Last Mango In Paris”).  Al later joined filmmaker Talmadge Heyward and magazine publisher Shirrell Rhoades to form Talmadge Studios, LLC. which has produced numerous documentaries and is working on feature film projects.   Albert’s name appears in the credits to numerous films, including “Capt. Tony’s Key West” (Capt. Tony Productions, LLC), “Key West City of Colors” (Talmadge Studios), “End of the Road” (William Selesnick Productions, LLC), “Cross Bones” (Pop Art Film Factory), Traci Bingham’s Fantasy Fest and Joanna Krupa’s Fantasy Fest (Talmadge Studios, LLC). Albert has also produced several private films as well including coverage of Capt. Tony’s 90th Birthday celebration and a Tribute to Judge Richard Payne.
 Albert L. Kelley, P.A. also serves as legal counsel for the world’s largest offshore powerboat race promoter as well as museums, art galleries, television stations, performers and newspapers.
 Al is certified before both the State and Federal Court systems (Southern and Middle Districts of Florida).
