Minutes of Special Meeting

The meeting was called to discuss a decision the Board of Directors had made, but not voted on in October of this year. The discussion was regarding the guidelines explaining how people may set up. After reading and discussing the Guidelines and minutes from past Board Meetings this Board decided that the guidelines do allow for someone involved in a partnership to set up in the following way as long as each business has it’s own tax number:

A partnership in a food booth may be set up with one partner operating the booth while the other member may set up in a different category at the same time. The only stipulation is that the member set up in the other category may not assist the partner is the other booth. If that was done, that would constitute “working in two categories simultaneously.”

The Board discussed this in length and agreed unanimously that this was within our guidelines. Ann called for a vote, passed unanimously.
