This meeting was called to discuss the behaviors of the Winko’s. There have been reoccurring threats made toward the current Board members and other participants during Sunset Celebration. Our concern is for the safety of the public and our own CPS members. We are also basing our decision on what is in the best interest of the event.

We have decided to draw up two letters to be sent to the Winko’s. They will be reviewed and approved by all Board members at the pier tonight before distribution to the Winks.
