Don Sullivan sitting chairmen called the meeting to order at 10:05 A.M. at city hall.

 

John Jones speaks about daytime setup. He explains layout.

Jones to show ready proposal at next Board meeting on Feb 23rd.

Walk through on Wed. with Jones for electrical work needed.

 

Isaac, Sabrina, Dave, Susan S, Annie, and Mustafa volunteer to be on a committee to meet with the city for daytime setup. Susanne motions to accept the committee Sabrina seconds, passed.

 

Renee Geer- Founder of “Woman Kind”. They offer high quality health care for women. Payments for services are on a sliding scale depending on income.

 

Sabrina motions to accept CPS mission statement and adopt Womankind as our sponsored group. Annie seconds. Passed.

 

Annie will report to Board at next meeting on funds to be donated to Womankind.

 

Secretaries Report – Read by all, passed.

 

Treasurer’s Report – Given by Annie. Totals = 32,729.00 Dave motions to accept. Mike seconds. Passed.

 

PC Report – Given by Ryan. A motion is made by Susanne to accept the report, Annie seconds, passed.

 

Performer Report – Submitted in writing. A motion is made by Sabrina to accept the report, Annie seconds, passed.

 

Pier Manager Report – Given by Dough. A motion is made by Sabrina to accept the report, Dave seconds, passed.

 

Isaac asks to be put in charge of keeping the kiosk cleaned of debris. Don agrees.

 

Steve Kurstin receives a grant for being out of work due to injuries received in parking lot accident with Angela.

A motion is made by Sabrina to give Steve a $300 grant, Susanne seconds, passed.

 

There is a discussion of a “Roast” for OJ Dave, Date March 8th, cost $1,481

Sabrina motions to accept the roast plans, Mike S. seconds, Passed.

 

Annie motions to donate $250 to Council of the Arts. Sabrina seconds. Passed.

 

Susanne B volunteers to be our representative for the Chamber of Commerce.

 

Eddy and Pearl are grandfathered.

 

Joyce Straitten is grandfathered.
