Don Sullivan sitting chairmen called the meeting to order at 00:00 P.M. at the Key West library.

Secretary’s Report – Submitted in writing. Dave V. motions to approve. Annie seconds. Passed.

Treasurer’s Report – Given by Annie. Total funds $34,968.67. Susanne states Chamber of Commerce Fee is $250.00.

A motion is made by Annie to donate $500 to Womankind. Antonio seconds. Passed.
Motion by Annie to join Florida Festivals & Events. Annual fee $40. Sabrina seconds. Passed

OJ Dave completed“ IRS form 990”. He requests $250 for this service. Antonio motions to pay Dave $250. Annie seconds. Passed. Sabrina motions to accept the treasurer’s report, Dave V. seconds, passed.

PC Report – Submitted in writing. A motion is made by Sabrina to accept the report, Dave V. seconds, passed.

Performer Report – Given by XXX. A motion is made by XXX to accept the report, XXX seconds, passed.

Pier Manager Report – Given by Doug. Discussion in regards to performers selling items. Will is asked to draw up language for the guidelines allowing performers to sell. Items must be directly related to their performance and must be approved by PC Committee. A motion is made by Sabrina to accept the report, Dave V. seconds, passed.

Rex Brumgard passed away. Executive Committee to handle any memorial arrangements.

Conch Republic Days – Annie says City is requiring new rules. Annie would like some help with this project.

Isaac spoke to John Jones and he is working on the electric for the performers.

Will Soto has volunteered to be the performer on the daytime set-up committee.
