Don Sullivan, sitting chairman called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM. at the Gato Building Conference Room.

Secretary’s Report, Treasurer’s Report, PC Report, Pier Manager Report all submitted in writing. Motion by Sabrina to accept reports. Dave V. seconds. Passed

No Performers Report.

Mike S motions to accept OJ Dave’s recommendation to hire Susan Catarino as new Part Time Pier Manager. Dave V, seconds. Passed

Miriam is requesting a permanent space. Motion- Miriam to have a permanent location at the top of the parking lot ramp or the top of the next ramp over, on the water side.

Sabrina 2nds. Passed

Conch Republic Report- 45 Participants. 43 paid. 2 were free spaces. 2 refunds. $2255.00 less exps. $200 for newspaper ad. Final figure $2055.00 $500 goes to KW High School Scholarship. Susan Schaal to make recommendations on changes for next years event.

Don S asks about Wills workshops. Doug states it was lightly attended. Good response. Doesn’t feel that Shanna Key or “Bar Atmosphere” was the appropriate place for kids.

Don S. to call the City re: broken trash cart.

City is removing Coconut Trees from around town and relocating them to Mallory Square.

Mustafa’s music is too loud.

Final Warning on 150 Watt usage of Electricity. All must be in compliance.
