Board Meeting Minutes

Sabrina called the meeting to order at 11:00 A.M. at PT’s Restaurant.

OJ Dave has asked for this meeting due to the fact that our bank accounts will be depleated after paying our rent and other obligations in December.

The 4 time evacuation of tourists and residents during this years hurricane season has put a financial strain on KWCPS.

The Board has to make sudden and drastic changes.

The credit card fee will be 10%.

Discussion of raising the set-up fee to $15 during season.

Sabrina and Dave will talk to John Jones regarding a rent reduction for a couple of

months.

Dave says we are shutting off the kiosk phone except for voicemail.

Dave asks for pier managers to volunteer until further notice. Annie , Dave and Sabrina will not be paid for pier managing. Rex will be cut back by one day.

Dave states he will not be taking any pay for the bookwork he does for CPS for a couple of months.

Discussion of fundraisers for our organization.
