Jeep mentioned that some performers were too aggressive at the hat line. Antonio said that he was offended by certain performers jokes, Rex said he would mention the feeling of those people to the performers at lottery. It was also stated that this type of complaint should be put into writing. Sabrina suggested to Rex that a mandatory meeting be held for the performers to address this issue.
Mike S. asked what was the situation with the performers paying. Sabrina reported that Julio had refused to sign the modification to our guidelines and so the next step will be to meet with the city attorney in order to get that done.

The issue of Jonathan's complaint against Beth was discussed. Jonathan said that Fused glass should be treated as a specific category of item. It was mentioned that in terms of caped categories it was not currently a regulated category, it's cap had been lifted at the PC meeting 7-03. Wink mentioned that this problem arises because before this time fused glass was unavailable on the commercial market. Susanne spoke against over regulation and said the fused glass was only part of the overall effect of the piece. Beth expressed that she wished to work with all parties concerned, but asked if she had to quit selling them could she still sell the 12 items she presently has. Ryan said that he felt the relevant question was "Did the artist craft the character of the piece" (or was it purchased) Mike motions that the PC's recommendation be accepted the Vote fails 3 to 2. PC was overruled. Beth can finish selling the pieces she already has.
