Emergency Board meeting

Attendance: Christine Bivens, Treasurer; Ryan Stimers, Secretary; Joyce Straiton, City Liaison, Susan Schaal, City Liason.

Susan made a motion that we allow Melonie to set up early in Joanne Albert's usual spot, Joyce Seconded, passed.

It was suggested that we offer a free set up if a person is willing to weed a garden section.
