  1. Approval of the agenda. Motioned to accept by Susan, 2nd by Elise.

  2. Reports:

  1. Secretary Report (the minutes): Motioned to accept by Susan, 2nd by Elise.

  2. Treasurers Report: Motioned to accept by Susan, 2nd by Elise.

  3. Participation Committee Report: Due to inclement weather the PC was cancelled hence there are no minutes to report. Jeffrey Kaplan. Motion to accept by Susan, 2nd by Elise.

  1. Website updates: will be checking with Dave. Motion to accept by Elise, 2nd by Lee Anne.

  2. Boat Schedule, list given to Board Members. 14 boats are planned to be at pier. Motion to accept by Lee Anne, 2nd by Susan.

  3. Outlets at Pier. Don will be contacting the city. Motion to accept by Lee Anne, 2nd by Susan.

  4. Nomination Committee: Motion to keep nominations opened till next Board Meeting on November 9th by Susan, 2nd by Elise.
