Additions to agenda:

A.Set up for Boat Race during day. Elise checked with city and was approved.
B.St Paul’s request for someone to help with a video they are doing. Elise is doing the video.
C.Check for $200.00 to St. Paul’s Church Hall for Thanksgiving and Christmas Parties.

1.Reports:

A.Secretary Report: (including the minutes). Motion to approve by Susan, 2nd by Christine.
B.Treasurers Report: Motion to accept by Susan, 2nd by Christine.
C.Participation Committee: There were six members in attendance: Jeff, Eddy, Ron, Dragana, Melanie and Harriet. 7 new applicants and one add on. 1) Jimmy Brogdan was approved to add on a jewelry item that is angels made from barrios pieces of metal and stones or glass glued together and have pins attaché to the backs. 2) Tayler Bryan was approved for her illustrations with watercolor as well as original paintings books (children’s and teenagers) that she both wrote and illustrated. She was also approved for her small clay figurines, wood burning on small boxes or plaques. 3) Barbara DeGafferelly was approved for her hand woven handbags, aprons, and Bali bowls. 4) Conrad Van Wyk was approved for his pencil and ink drawings which he does either live or from photos. Watercolors paintings, but would need to add on those as he was not prepared to painting one for us today. 5) James Ban Dezor was disapproved for his pendulum reading. 6) Laura Dressler was approved for her sand art. 7) Deborah Moore was approved for her watercolor painting of scenes and or architecture from around town. 8) Chris Craig was tabled for further discussion for his airbrushing on the pier. D.Pier Managers Report: The security team is working out very well. All is well.
E.Performers Report: No report.

3.New Business: Nomination committee has names of those that wish to run for the Board of Directors. Jeffrey Kaplan, Elise Scott, Dominique, Rebecca Berman, jeep Caillouet, Hector Goday, Jonathan Kraft, Robert Mathison, Lee Anne McCarthy, Doug O’Neil, Will Soto, Rick Straton, Don Sullivan, Isaac Valdez. Names will be placed on the ballads and mailed out.
