Pier Managers Report: On April 20th Burt caught Shawn selling CD’s and gave him a night off and told him he needed to go to PC to be juried if he wanted to sell them and he would also have to pay the $15.00 fee. On April 22 Robert had sheriff a restraining order on Spiderman. On April 27 Howard Livingston was too loud and wouldn’t turn down the volume. On April 29 Conch Republic battle lasted about 20 minutes. A man passed out and paramedics were called and taken to the hospital. On May 2nd around 7:30 someon stole Burt’s bike. He tried to file a report with Garfield and he said it was policy that he couldn’t fill the report. On May 3 Burt found his bike in Bahama Village. Police sent 1 man home because he was drunk and the lights never came on, I called Richard S. from public works and he showed up around 9pm, and put switch on. Will be calling to see about getting a key. Annie.
Performers Committee: The Performers Committee would like to see the amplified spot at the entrance to Sunset Celebration to include the space from the end of the fence by the monument to the poles in the walkway at the entrance. That would include either side of the said walkway for a trial period of 30 days, or, until next months board meeting. Inclement weather takes precedence as well as Pier Managers discretion on the use of said space. Thank You, Jeep. NOTE: WATERFRONT PLACE HOUSE ALSO A FACTOR IF THERE IS A SHOW GOING ON.
