Additions to agenda:

A. Fund raiser in September.

1. Approval of agenda. Motioned to accept by Christine, 2nd by Don.

2. Reports:

A. Secretary Report: (including the minutes). Motion to accept by Christine, 2nd by

Don.

B. Treasurers Report: no report

C. Participation Committee: July 4th no meeting.

D. Pier Managers: All food vendors cleaned their areas. On June 24th Jeffrey and

Yuri got into a harsh confrontation at set up. It was based on a simple

misunderstanding. Te police officer heard the early stages. I warned everyone about

parking at the theatre. 7/5 there was complaints about Reid not taking breaks. Annie.

E. Performers Committee: no report given.

Old Business:

A. Crustacean celebration cancelled.

New Business:

A. Need name for new event in September during Poker Run dates September 17th

and 18th
