Gato Building 9:58am meeting called to order.

In attendance: Christine Bivens, Elise Scott, Don Sullivan, Susan Schaal, Dominique, Danielle Witler, Lee Anne McCarthy.

Additions to Agenda:

  1. Jeff, PC denied Jeff’s add on product but refered back to PC.

  2. Silverman, nothing was addressed, Pier Managers gave him night off.

  1. Secretary Report (including the minutes), Motion to approve by Don, 2nd by Christine

  2. Treasurers Report, Motion to approve by Don, 2nd by Christine.

  3. Participation Report, Jeff was denied add on product. Motion to accept Christine, 2nd by Lee Anne.

  4. Pier Managers Report (see attached). Motion to accept Lee Anne, 2nde by Christine.

  5. Performers Committee, All is well no problems, Jeep. Motion to accept by Don, 2nd by Christine.

  1. Old Business:

  1. Suggested to do event on the 3rd of December. Street Art show on the upper Duval Street from Truman to United Streets. Don doing the paper work with the city. Committee formed, Sue, Susanne, Teri and Eddie. Suggested a $60.00 set up fee. Motion to accept by Don, 2nd by Christine.

  2. Trademark info to be obtained from Dave so Christine can write letter to Ocean Key.

  3. New Pier Manager was denied by board.

  4. Elise will be completing adbertising with Gallery Guide.

  5. Bert will be taking off from September 28-October 6.
