Board meeting

Meeting was called to order at 1:17.

Attending: Rebecca Berman, Ryan Stimers, Elise Scott. Mark Rigs, Leanne McCarthy, John Graffeo, Mike Sattelmeier.

Election of chairman: Mike Sattelmeier was voted chairman, Mark is vice chair.

Election of treasurer: John Graffeo is elected treasurer Leanne made the nomination, mark seconds passed.

Rebecca Berman and Leanne are to be fund raiser and committee organizers.

Our city liaisons shall be Elise, Don Sullivan and Wendel "Wink" Winko.

Mark motioned to accept the Board minutes from Dec 17. Rebecca seconded motion passes.

New business:

Ryan suggested that the SOP's be readdressed. It was suggested to type up the suggested changes into a ballot. This will require a new general membership meeting and the proposed changes will go to the city. a date needs to be set for a General membership meeting.

We need to have a nomination committee for the PC committee.

We need to reserve meeting dates at El Gato or library. Labor day 4^th and thanksgiving may be a conflict. Meetings will remain at 10am.

OJ will be covering for Annie for a portion of the night tonight.

The silver bucket was discussed It was said that removing the rule may be a problem. We discussed if we could change it it was decided that we could change them if we chose.

We discussed the different versions of the sop's the Feb 14 2012 version should be the official. Dec 9 2011 was the version used last year.

It was said that next ballot should be only in person the mailing took 36 hours to do all the details last time.
