David talked about the difficulty of keeping up with the expenses. And general fund is going down. Discussion about raising money for the organization.

Motion to accept treasure reports, all in favor

Annie reads general meeting minutes from last general meeting in December.

Motion to accept past 12-15-08 general membership, all in favor

Susan spoke about the importance of taking a layer to have him/her to review guidelines.

Michael Hapron representing Dave suggest that we pass our guidelines revision to a lawyer. He speaks about food because he representing dave.

Wink makes a motion to give the ballots to an attorney to review for the legality and motion to table until the ballot be pass through a lawyer .

Susan (coconut retriever) makes the point that once the votes are on it is on record membership.

Motion to authorized the board to spend more than $500, for the guidelines revision by a lawyer All in favor

Motion to straw compte the vote. Denied

Motion to raise the set up fee to $15. On first of November ,denied

Kelly would bring a ban on 6 or 12 december. Liquor licence?

Motion that we to transfer $7000 from credit card account to general funds and if necessary cashin $10000cd and if the board deem necessary to raise the set up fee. All in favor

Motion to get the board directior insurance for not getting sued DON insurance,

all in favor
