Attached - ATM money missing.

Eddy suggested meeting with VP of Bank.

Frank Antonovitch is building the box for the new ATM machine

Susanne B. asks if we can determine how much money we are saving by having our checks distributed BI-weekly instead of weekly. Annie motions to accept Treasurer's Report. Joyce seconds. Passed


  1. Pier Managers Report

Renew memberships

Police can't move homeless unless causing a problem. Pete spoke to officer Torrence about the police not working. Start paying police $25.00 in February instead of $100 a night.

  1. P. C. Report - Steve K reports 9 juried 5 approved on Dec. 2

He suggests PC meet once a month.

Board choose diversified P.C. members w/experience on the pier.

Have PC candidates speak to the Board

  1. Performers Report - none

Discussion on performers fees.

$10.00 fee for performers if they sell audio or video reproduction of

their performance.

Announcing of their products is part of their 30-min show.

Limited to video or audio.

Have your table at your site.

Table just for all performers.

T-shirts should have to pass ______.

PC should jury.

Allow 2 items at a time.

Operating in two categories

Performers get paid in other venues.

Performers PC committee?

A collection should be taken for Maria. Will makes motion for CPS to donate $500 and begin fundraising for her. Isaac seconds. Passed
