We voted not to consider capped items unless the presenter understands
that the category they present in is capped and that they must pay $20 jury fee
which will not be refunded. If they elect to pay the fee then we would jury and
consider items.
We need to ask the board if they want to continue the cap on
t-shirts and jewelry
