We discussed ways to get artists to comply with the requirement to have originals on their display and to enforce the requirement to have reproductions matted or framed as requested by the board.

We went over a letter to Dave Van Hulst (attached #1a, #1b, #1c) and voted to have the pier manager deliver it to him. approved.

We worked on a letter to all artists and a motion was made and seconded and approved to present the finished letter to the board for approval and request that they sign the letter with PC and it would be distributed to all artists/painters. (attached #2)
