PC would like to continue to meet once per month on the first Monday of the month.

Dave Von Hulst did not show up to the meeting after we sent him a letter 7/3/03 telling him he was not in compliance with his set up and that he needs to jury for prints.

We still want him in compliance and might have asked the pier manager to deny setup but decided instead to write a letter (attached) and run it by our attorney with the letter from 7/3 before refusing him a set up at the Sunset Celebration.

We will write a letter to Susan Van Hulst asking her to bring questionable photos ( two sunset photos, one of the full sun and one of the sunset with a couple sitting in front of the sun), and the original rolls of negatives from both pictures so we can see the progression of the shots. And the camera and lenses used.

We juried 17 people

Pier manager must see Tax #, partnership agreement on new people before setup
