We did one jury by mail:

Diane Busch: encouraged to come jury for hand painted signs

It was suggested that we push for a new rule phrased as follows:

A newcomer (or anyone who has dropped back to the status of newcomer) who has not worked in 12 months must be re juried and will be subject to present caps.
