We juried 3 new people:
Buffard is accepted for Hypnotherapy as described in his brochure, he is not approved for palm reading. He is also approved for crepes and quesadillas pending home jury by Ryan, and Joanne. We will also see a demonstration of his drinks and bring this info back to the full pc. Paid $20

Done Hare applied for snow cones he is not allowed to do them using commercially made syrups. If he home made the syrups this might be accepted, he is encouraged to contact the pc if he wants to do this. The PC will send over Joanne Susanne and Ryan to home jury. Paid $20
Barbra Lomba applied for beaded jewelry but was told the category is capped, no money taken.
1 "7 day pass" application:
Stacy Amos holden is approved for a 7 day pass. For her original paintings and prints.
Jury by mail
Sal gave the PC some jewelry for consideration, it was made by his friend. The PC reviewed the jewelry 3 people thought that there was a chance the person would beaccepted and 3 people felt that they probably would not be accepted. The jury's feeling was that it was borderline. And if they came to jurry there was a very real possibility they would be turned down.
We discussed the following issues:
The wattage restriction. We wanted to board to reconsider the 150 Watt cap. We believed this number had been chosen arbitrarily and might be raised, especially for food vendors.
PC recommended that the cap or fused glass be removed. If this were done the Caps would be Beaded Jewelry made from commercial beads, fortune telling and tarot, drinks, henna, Smoking paraphernalia.
The PC wanted it said that they will respond to written complaints, but not verbal.
