David Sloan and Chris Shultz were accepted as partners. Both partners are approved to sell their books; Key West 101, Quit Your job and move to Key West, and Don’t do it 101 reasons not to marry her. Since David Sloan is the author of the book Ghosts of Key West, it may only be sold if David Sloan is present. If Chris is selling without David he may sell the three he co-authored, but must not sell the Ghosts of Key West. paid $20

A different Key Wester did the editing and 40 different Keys people wrote the content. Kim photography is featured in one of the sections but she did not write the majority of the book. We discussed the following issues:
We had the following thoughts pertaining to the sales of books.
Carol L. will look into how new members might get Sales Tax ID #’s now that the office is closed.
Kike is granted another 1-month extension of the time period in which he must make his first appearance in Mallory Square to sell his food items.
A question was raised as the accuracy of a sign posted by a vender, after referring to a dictionary it was determined that the phrasing was truthful and accurate.
It was voted to remove the cap on photography, and T-shirts. Pc Would like it to be known that we will consider any jewelry item that is unique and different, some examples of unique and different jewelry might be hand crafted beads or hand cast silver. We are not very interested in beaded work.
Since Isaias has said he is not interested in staying on PC. The PC recommends to the board that they elect Myles Hup to the PC. on 1/18.06 the board approved the election of myles.
