We discussed the following issues:

It was discussed whether or not Alisa could operate in two categories when she sells her t-shirts, pants, paintings etc…. while she does henna. it was decided that this was allowed since she was operating in two categories that were related. The pier manager is advised to count her as an regular artist and not a twilight artist.

Heather was re-discussed and it was decided that Mike and Myles will jury her rather than Myles and Carol since Mike has soap making knowledge.
