Meeting was called to order at 10:05a.m.

We had three applicants show up to be juried.

1.      John Perret wished to sell his canvas paintings. He paints in a New Orleans styles which includes monkeys in most of his paintings. His work is very different and quite nice. He drew a picture on canvas for us. He was approved by unanimous vote. He paid $20.00 in cash.

2.      Nikki Jennings wished to sell her magnetic picture frames. The frames are made from sheet metal and covered with scrapbook paper, her photo’s or paintings. She then buys theme based small items and glues a magnet on it. She was encouraged to use more of her photo’s and paintings to make these. She was approved by unanimous vote. She paid $20.00 in cash.

3.      Corinne Suissa and Ami Suissa were juried as partners for body painting tatoos and face painting with glitter. They demonstrated the drawing and use of stencils to apply their products. They were approved by a vote of 5 in favor to 1 not in favor. They paid $20.00 in cash.

We also had a woman show up that wanted to do food items. She was advised of the procedures for doing this, including building a cart and getting all approvals from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. She wanted to think about this before being juried. No fee was collected.

$60.00 dollars was collected and turned over to Meike to give to the pier manager. A receipt was issued and is attached to the minutes in the PC book.
