The PC has received a written complaint about a participant. The complaint states that the participant is currently having a portion the product sold made by a commercial business. The PC read the Guidelines and determined that in this case the participant is in violation of said Guidelines. The PC is currently working on writing a letter to this participant to advise them they are in violation and must stop the practice. The letter will be hand delivered by Barb Winko after the PC has finalized the written correspondence.

It was also discussed at the meeting to have the PC walk the pier to check each table to see if any other violations of the Guidelines are taking place. This is part of the PC duties specified in the Guidelines under the section: Arts, Crafts and Food, item S. After each member does a walk of the pier any violations found will be discussed at the next PC meeting before any action is taken unless the violation is extreme. In which case the Pier Manager would be instructed to have the participant remove the item until the next PC meeting where it can be discussed.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:10 a.m.

Ann Summers took chare of the two checks for deposit and will write a receipt from CPS for our records.
