Minutes of Meeting

The meeting was held at Bayview Park and began at 10:00 a.m. We had seven participants show up.

Don-food participant showed up and wanted to jury for Ice Cream. We advised him that we already had someone juried for Ice Cream and was in the process of getting licensed. We did not jury Don. We advised him to check back occasionally and see if the other person had changed their mind.

A gentleman showed up wanting to sell hamburgers. He was advised that food was closed but to check back occasionally to see if someone dropped out.

We had a lady show up wanting to do cookies, candy and other food items. She was advised that food was closed. She also was told to check back with us.

Hannah Johannes juried for painted buoys. She brought samples of her buoys already painted. We advised her by phone that she would have to bring her paints to Mallory on her first night of set up and paint one for us. Approved. Paid $20.00 cash.

Pamela Pinholster juried for her book “Key West Rhapsody”. She wrote the book and designed the cover. She also juried for painted shells, plaster sand dollars and sea life on canvas. She demonstrated her painting on a welk shell. Pamela was approved and paid $20.00 cash.

Tamara Capelle juried for T-Shirts. It was determined that she does not screen her shirts herself. She was denied. Paid $20.00 cash.

Peter Luster wanted to jury for wood reindeer. He did not have any money on him and said he wanted to wait two weeks. We advised that he must bring his raw materials and assemble the reindeer when he is juried. We will hold on to his application until the next PC meeting. No money was collected.

　

$60.00 was collected in cash and turned over to Meike to give to the pier manager and get a receipt for the books.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:45 a.m.
