Participation Committee Meeting - Minutes

Feb. 4^{th, 2008}

Attending: Susanne, Vicky, Claudia, Sara

3 members were out of town – excused absence

We juried:

Christeena Hockin-Minopetros: for book on sea glass and notecards based on pictures from book. Accepted for book, not for notecards. Notecards would be acceptable if hand done.

Deb Kentner: miniature crab traps used as condiment holders. Accepted pending home jury.

Enrique Enriquez (“Kique”): add a product: wooden hand engraved (wood-burned) clocks an plaques. Accepted.

Marianela Rodriguez: Notebooks, addres books painted with acrylics. Accepted.

Rhandee Jo Home: Handmade cloth purses embellished with patchwork and embroidery. Accepted after home jury.

　

We realize we need an alternate. We got our quorum this time, but definitely need an alternate waiting in the wings.

Are we getting a camera? Previous meeting, Pamela used her own camera and this meeting, Sara used her personal camera. We really need a permanent one.

Because we were shy 3 members we brought up several issues for discussion only. No action was taken.
