Discussion
1. Food applicants will be given guidelines.
2. “Manufacturing” Problem
was brought up. Regarding wood worker ( games) Brian Creager & Scott Keller. We
will keep an eye on products.
3. The “ no paid help” issue
will need to be addressed by us and the board to setting of precedence =
Trouble! What can we tell tie dye Roger when he comes to PC? He was asked to
leave the pier years ago as he had paid help. What to do with existing members
with obvious paid help? How can we word this to prevent us from lawsuits and to
keep manufactured goods off the pier? Any ideas?
Jason ( curly fanpulls ect, )
wants to take pruduct ( manufactured in that case) to QVC and also sell same on
pier. (Future Goal) What can we do? Strong need for clarification- collaboration
for PC and Board.
4. As we were explaining setup rules to new members on the pier it came up that many of us are disregarding the 3 feet clear air spaceon the sides of setup. Not to block view with respect to neighbors. Participants with such booths will have to be reminded to set booth back 3 feet to comply. What is the status on regulations for food carts? In previous discussions with PC – OJ Dave, Dave said food carts don’t go by rules. Please clarify?
