New Products:

1) Iwona Czapla natural stone beaded jewelry. We did not take her money because of it being beaded jewelry.

2) Patricia Nelson Photography. Wishes to sell framed photographs and in addition to give away photos for donation or for a low price such as $1. Photography framed with handwork is approved pending home jury. Giving things away for free is twilight and is allowed as long as she is not selling her photographs at the same time, it's one or the other. Twilight or vender.

Add a Products:

1) Buschie Zimpel is applying for photography and bookmarks. Buschie must do some handwork on the matting and framing. He is approved for photography pending home jury. Bookmarks approved

2) Danna Powel has applied for photography collage and essay. She needs to bring back some finished products. For review.

4) Heidi Garbo has applied for chips with guacamole. fish and shrimp and fries baskets. Ice coffee and or frozen Coffee.

In regards to the French fries there was a motion to deffer the decision until the guidelines are clarified. It did not pass. Heidi is accepted for chips and guacamole. Iced Coffee is approved.

Discussion:
Joanne: spoke about PC procedures. She Says that we need a PC procedure in which in a case of accusation, the accused gets the complaint right in the beginning.

We need a digital photography procedure Joey gave some suggestions. We should do a home jury for digital photographers.

It was suggested that cart designs could require approval before showing up.

The guidelines were reiterated. in regards to the requirement that all prints must be hand matted or framed with a frame that includes some handwork.

A motion was made that we have no cap but we only accept very unusual work. Motion passed.
