Participation Committee Meeting

July 5, 2010

We had two people show up to be juried today. One add a product and one artist.

Elise Scott applied for earrings, bobby pins and bracelets made from fused glass, dichroic fused glass. She was approved by unanimous vote. No fee collected for add a product.

Mr. Denis Gauthier wanted to jury for art work. We advised him that we had been given injunction papers on Friday stating that he could not sell his art work in Key West. The papers were delivered to the Pier Manager (Annie) and given to Barb W.

Since we are not sure of all the details regarding this injunction we will be researching it at the Court House. The Court House was closed today since it is a holiday. We advised Mr. Gauthier to return to the next PC meeting and we would let him know what our research into this matter tells us.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 a.m.
