We juried the following participants:

1.	Aaron Federspill-Photography of everyday objects that resemble letter of the alphabet that are used to spell out names or sayings. These are then matted, framed and sold. Aaron does all of his own photography, cuts his mats, makes his frames and cuts the glass. Aaron was approved by a unanimous vote. $20.00 cash was collected
2.	Lloyd Saccomanno-Pulled Carolina Pork Sandwiches. Lloyd came to pre-jury for his sandwiches. He does his own smoking of the meat, pulls the pork and makes his own sauce and serves as a sandwich. He will return to us with a drawing of his cart for his second approval. Lloyd was pre-approved by unanimous vote.$20.00 cash was collected.
3.	Derek Lyzwinski-Popcorn. Derek was advised that our S. O. P.’s do not allow for duplicate products. Derek was not approved by unanimous vote. No fee for add-a-product.
4.	Szilvia Pivarcsi returned with a photo drawing of her food cart. The cart design was approved. She will return to PC when all licensing is completed and she will bring her cart and make her product in front of the PC. Her cart was approved by unanimous vote. She paid her jury fee on June 7, 2010 when she first juried.
5.	Lilla Fulop-Sand Art (Photography). Lilla made sand art designs in a light box. All designs and art are her own work. She then takes a photograph of the art work, cuts out her own mats and offers them for sale. She also prints all of her work. Lilla was approved by unanimous vote. $20.00 cash was collected.
6.	Christina Clapp-Applied for hair braiding and hair wrapping. She did not come prepared to demonstrate her work and will return to the next meeting to demonstrate. $20.00 cash was collected.
7.	Jan Nelson-Add a product. Jan applied for cupcakes. She will have a variety of flavors that will rotate on a daily basis. Jan was approved pending home jury. No fee was collected. Jan also relinquished her rights to the following items: Coffee, Iced Coffee, Italian Ice and baked potatoes. These products will now be open items that participants can jury for.
8.	Frederick Boughton-Applied by mail for a “Key West Calendar”. We have never approved anyone for calendars as we feel that is not “handmade enough” for our venue. He was notified by return mail that he was denied by unanimous vote. He did not send in the required $5.00 pre jury fee.
9.	Kenneth Lisle-Sax Music. We are not sure what exactly he is applying for. He has a brochure that lists many CD’s, a lot of which are not his. We have e-mailed him and asked him to explain exactly what he wants to do. We also advised that he could not sell CD’s of other’s music and if he wanted to play the Sax at Mallory and sell his own CD’s he would be required
to bring the CD to PC for approval and he would be required to pay a nightly set up fee. $5.00 check was collected.
10.	Brad Miller-Key West Rubbers. Brad originally juried on June 7th 2010. He was asked to improve his packaging and get his licenses. He has complied with these requests and now has everything in order. He was approved by unanimous vote. Fee was collected on June 7th 2010.
11.	Ian Willis-Photography and Jewelry. PC received an e-mail from Ian wanting his wife to jury for jewelry and himself to jury for photography. He has been advised that both categories are closed. We (PC) are in the process of coming up with a formula for how many items in 6 categories will be allowed. Eddie is working on this. We should be able to make a final
recommendation to the Board after our October 4th meeting.
A total of $85.00 was collected and turned in to the pier manager and requesting a receipt for same.
Jan made a motion and it was seconded by Trish that PC ask the Board to limit the number of performers allowed at Mallory. It is suggested that we only have 12 spaces available, all on the pier with the exception of one on the stage. The ramps would be available to twilight participants. PC voted on this motion and it was passed by unanimous vote.
