John Ramunno Demonstrated the gelado making process with a portable machine, not his main unit he mixed in some flavor and fixings
John Barkley, Decorated wine glasses and Jelly fish Sculptures made with shells. Approved
Lawrence Chiango demonstrated Sweet and Savory Crepes many items are vegan. There was a discussion if the former crepe person was still working. She is approved pending checking on if Nicky is still approved.
Chris Craig Demonstrated Airbrush He asked to add license plates if his over-spray is an issue than he would need to move to a spot where it's not an issue. Approved.
Brian Duval applied for Hand Painted Tees. He is approved pending a cap count.
Kelly Warfield applied for Flower Bands it was discussed if she has jewelry, It was decided that it is an accessory she is approved.
Odalys Zanzubar has an add a product she wants to add hand painted refrigerator magnets and lobster tap frames. She is approved.
After Meeting
We discussed if there was a cap on t shirts.
There was a discussion about Jason having a helper that makes his own items and sells them with Jason he needs to either stop selling them or add on his friend as a partner. (this would cause him to loose seniority)
There was a discussion about the authenticity of an artists product as their own original work. A letter will be given.
It was brought to our attention that a massage therapist is not paying set up fees and works for tips. If he is working in an artists space he should be paying the nightly fee. If he is a performer he needs to be working in performers spaces and doing performers lottery.
It bears repeating that the performers selling need to pay their nightly fee. There was a concern that needs to addressed by the pier manager.
