PC members present: Hector Godoy, Susanne Buxton, Ron Augustine, Joyce Straiton, Debbie Peterson, Ryan Stimers

Applicants:

1) Miranda Dorrance: applied for dream catchers and painting. she was approved.

Issues discussed:

                    A spray paint artist was discussed he has a number of booths with ventilation systems that suck in the fumes, if he comes down the issues we need to address are smell, noise of fans, chord across walkways, he would be a performer. if we do see his stuff, we should also invite Martine who has applied in the past he also has a table. he can be contacted through Hector.

                    Tom Manning  wants to set up as a biologist who would be presenting information to the public was discussed. He could set up as a performer. but might not get a spot, we would ask the board to approve him as a non profit. He would not be allowed to sell or give out jewelry. We could write a letter to the city asking the city to respond only if they have a objection, or they need time to consider it.

Randesch is now a pc member approved by the board. Terry Riley has offered to be an alternate pc member.

we would like to get a presentation or information about what is required before a food person is allowed in. we are researching ways of getting this information.
