Applicants

1) John (Gelatto) Anthony, Brought in his cart for approval it measures 53 inches deep by 78 wide without hitch 108 with hitch. it's 48.5 high except for a shelf. which adds 20 inches. He has umbrella attachments on the corners. He currently runs a fridge off the AC power and he will continue to do so with the new cart. he will have a pizza stove powered by propane. His cart is approved, he should be sure not to let his umbrellas go outside his space.

John also applied for pizza which would be precooked semi done and the finish cooking done on site. He intends to use Luigi's as a commissary. John had Luigi bring in a pizza made by Luigi. And Luigi showed his pizza in a Luigi's box. We felt that john had not shown a original product made by him. He is not approved.

John says that he has been approved for burritos last June, We are missing records from this meeting and are trying to contact people who john says were at that meeting. Jeffry, Nacho John, And Mike and Lisa The sign people.

2) Dragana Stefanovich is applying for an add a a product longer necklaces than she has made before. with pendants. She is approved.

3) Kimberly Hull applied for painting she demonstrated. and is approved paid $20

4) Melanie Grefe and Pamela Tarentino applied for mermaid outfits. tops and bottoms and purses. They are approved paid $20

5) Hugh Naggar applied for sculptured glass spun and blown. He is not allowed to do Jewelry but is approved for sculptures and standing objects. paid $20

Issues discussed:

Terry Riley has submitted in writing a complaint. PC did not take any action on this complaint.

we discussed issues with the meeting. we did not have power which we need to have applicants demonstrate their crafts. We spoke of looking for outlets or bringing a generator.

We need a Mallory square jury sign and instructions Debbie will make a sign.
