PC meeting 5-01-14

Petri Nyquist applied for painted hats. She was approved.

Charles Gruss, applied for Sauces, Jamaican Jerk, Cuban Mojo, and Key West Mayo, he is approved pending gov approval, commissary approval, and cart approval.

Guacamole. when she brings in her new cart we will ask to review that and her licenses.

Gelatto John has juried in for Burritos Tacos Quesadillas and Enchiladas. He is beyond his 30 days but the PC would like to make an exception to the 30 day rule. so he is fine to come to work with those items.

We need to make sure new members know that on the pier only the pier managers is an authority. Any person who claimed to be an authority should be discussed with the pier manager.

we need a welcoming committee. The pier manager should introduce any person new to the pier. We could have a big brother big sister program. This week we will divide up the job of informing people if they are accepted and the people who call to inform new people of their acceptance of their acceptance will also be their mentor

we are now approving people right away and not waiting for board approval
