PC meeting 06-15-15

Members attending: Ryan Stimers, Joyce Straiton, Hector Godoy, Susanne Buxton, Debbie Petersen, Ron Augustine

1) Christy Haussler: applied for Caramel apples approved, Virgin Sangria approved, Fruit infused water approved, Elotes (grilled corn) approved. Paid $20 Susanne will contact and mentor her.

2) Carol Swinford applied for candles. She is approved. Ron will contact and mentor herr.

3) Toelle Hoven applied by Skype for painting, she is approved. Ryan will Contact and mentor her.

food vendors, were discussed we have 10 spots we rarely have everybody show up at once. if they do some would have to go home.

Jim Olean asked for 2 add a products. Cajon which are box drums and cucharas which are poor man's spoons. he's approved.

we discussed Gelato Johns application for pizza. Debbie and Joyce will home jury him.

we discussed Pat Lloyd she us doing new fork designs. we would like her to put in an add a product form for "All fork products" and we would like to accept that.

we reviewed local etsy.com people and discussed which ones to approach to possibly come and sell at Mallory.
