                    Tom Manning  wants to set up as a biologist who would be presenting information to the public was discussed. He could set up as a performer. but might not get a spot, we would ask the board to approve him as a non profit. whe would not be allowed to sell or give out jewelry. We could write a letter to the city asking the city to respond only if they have a objection, or they need time to consider it.

after consulting with the board, the board would like to table this until the lease is more settled.
